Whats the difference 60w 80w at 2mJ compare to a 100w at 1.5mJ jpt fiber laser source?

In the Case of a MOPA with Variable Pulse Width the Max Energy happens at the lowest Frequency. For the 80 it's 60KHZ-40KHZ depending on the Pulse Width. The 100 it's 75KHZ-67KHZ, the Wattage Rating is over the entire Frequency Range, So the 80 at 2mJ per Pulse will have less Energy in the higher Frequencies than the same 80 Watt Module that output 1.5mJ. It is highly likely that the 80 Watt will output less 1.5mJ at 75KHZ like the 100 Watt, the ability for the Module to deliver high Pulse Energy decrease with Frequency (1000 Cycle per Second).

200ns is generally regarded as the starting Pulse Width, for your 60 Watt 45KHZ is the lowest it will deliver full power. for any Frequency below 45KHZ at 200ns Frequency/45=Max Power
