CE Certification — European Market Compliance
All HITEC CNC routers, laser cutting machines, laser marking machines, fiber laser welding machines, and laser cleaning machines carry the CE mark, confirming full compliance with applicable European Union directives including:
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC — mechanical safety and risk assessment
Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU — electrical safety
EMC Directive 2014/30/EU — electromagnetic compatibility
CE-certified HITEC machines can be legally imported and operated across all 27 EU member states — including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, and more — without additional regulatory approval. Every CE declaration of conformity is available upon request before purchase.
FDA Registration — United States Market Compliance
HITEC laser products exported to the United States are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH), in compliance with 21 CFR Part 1040 — the federal performance standard for laser products.
This registration covers our fiber laser marking machines, CO2 laser cutting machines, UV laser marking machines, and laser engraving machines. U.S. customers can import HITEC laser systems and operate them commercially without customs compliance issues. FDA accession documentation is provided with every shipment to the United States.
ISO 9001 — Quality Management System
HITEC has held ISO 9001 quality management system certification since 2002 — the year the company was founded. This certification covers our entire manufacturing process, from component sourcing and machining to assembly, final inspection, and after-sales support.
