The first step is to check the effective working area of the machine. Large size XY moving table systems usually provide marking ranges from 600×900mm up to 1200×1200mm or even larger.
If your logos are bigger than a standard static field lens, the XY moving table allows the laser head to move step by step, ensuring the whole logo is engraved with high precision.
For oversized stainless steel or aluminum plates, choose a machine with at least 6090mm working table to guarantee full coverage.
For metal logos, fiber laser sources are the most popular because of their durability and low maintenance.
Power Options: 50W, 100W, or even higher for deep engraving.
